Our Wednesday morning yoga class is ideal for beginners and improvers alike who wish to improve flexibility, increase strength and calm the mind. This is a fun and informal session where the emphasis is on enjoyment and we don’t worry if we wobble in a balance or can’t quite reach our toes in a forward bend. The first class is £5, and £7 thereafter. Everyone is welcome.
