HIRE CHARGES

These rates include use of tables and chairs and free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen: there is a fixed charge of £10 per session for the Kitchen, if it is to be used.

Equipment hire: Catering equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware, PA system, lighting. Please email us for further details if you would like to hire these items.

Charge Categories

Local - Local rates apply to all individuals living in the parishes of Baltonsborough, West Bradley and Lottisham.

Standard - Standard rates apply to all other individuals.

Deposit - Please note a deposit of £100 is required for all Events held in the hall. This deposit will be refunded back to you within 7 working days after your booking providing the hall is left as it is found - as per our Terms and Conditions, therefore please ensure you also include sufficient time to pack up and clear away.
